Return & Shipping Policies

Return Policy

All sales are final. Because of the unique nature of vintage items, all items are final sale. If you have any questions or concerns about an item you are thinking of purchasing, please contact us prior to purchase or checkout. We do not give refunds.

Because we understand that you are purchasing a garment remotely and that in most cases, the garment is between 20-80 years old, Rachel Zabar Vintage, out of obligation to its customers, is meticulous when it comes to measurements and rigorous in its approach to describing any flaws, wear, repairs or any alterations. That said, tiny things may get overlooked occasionally and returns are not accepted in these cases. If you have any questions about measurements or something you see in a photo, do not hesitate to ask us for additional photos or request for us to re-measure something prior to purchase. Returns are not accepted due to issues of fit.

In the case that there has been a major mistake on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will review your concerns and arrive at a fair resolution. Our goal is for you to be happy. Please note, in these rare circumstances, any returns are always for shop credit or immediate exchange.
